We had Jackson and Rafa move our furniture and appliances. Although a dent occurred on our fridge due to the dynamics of the previous house set up, we acknowledge the team’s hard work, professionalism and efficiency. The Moofer itself is amazing and has a good customer service. It's just that, on the day, the removalist happened to have some hiccup with the truck that it got delayed by around 2 hours. Thus we had to pay more. Hopefully this feedback can be used to improve the service.

Jackson is the most responsive, professional, efficient and personable mover that I have ever used, and he and Moofer (and any business he deems to be of sufficiently excellent standard to be associated with his business) will always be my first choice.I have recommended his services to friends and family, who have also been extremely happy and would book again.You never have to wait long for a reply, all quotes and job details are clear, rates are very reasonable, the truck is prompt, the move is done as quickly as possible, and all care is taken to move your belongings safely and securely.Prior to Moofer, I have had some absolute nightmare moves (one mover damaged or destroyed EVERY piece of furniture I owned; another sent a much smaller truck than requested and had to do multiple trips, not finishing until 3am), so when I recommend Jackson and Moofer, it is done from a place of much experience, and with all sincerity.
Jackson is reliable and honest. My furnitures were very well taken care of during moving. Jackson has a very good sense of time-management, knowing how to move our belongings from big to small to give us the most efficient moving experience. Communication with him is easy. I have recommended Jackson to a friend as well and he is also extremely happy with his service. I would say Jackson is one of the best removalists that I know of in Sydney. Five stars.
Using the app is fairly easy and i do not have to call too many companies. The flat hourly rate is fair. no travel or call out charge. So overall price is really good. Good service from the boys. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. 5 stars!
